Fresh bed linen and towels are also supplied on a weekly basis, with additional service available upon request. As a welcoming gesture, each resident is greeted with a bathroom toiletries pack. The property comes fully furnished and fitted, ensuring a comfortable and hassle-free living experience. Additional features include under-floor heating in the bathroom for added warmth and comfort, as well as comfort cooling and heating throughout the living spaces. Moreover, a video entry phone system is in place to enhance security and convenience for our residents.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

Our check-in time is from 2:00 pm and check-out is no later than 10:00 am. Rental payments are to be settled in advance for short term and long term lets, encompassing all utilities and taxes within the specified rate for short term lets. Various payment methods are accepted, including bank transfer, Visa, or Mastercard. A 25% cancellation fee applies for cancellations made within 7 days of the scheduled arrival date. It is important to note that the Fitness Centre and pool area are exclusively for adults, as no young children under the age of 16 are permitted in these areas. Additionally, we regret to inform you that pets are not allowed on the premises.
